Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has transformed various aspects of daily life, including online food delivery services. This study aims to determine the best food delivery application in Lubuklinggau City using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The data were obtained through an online questionnaire distributed to 60 active users of GrabFood, GoFood, and ShopeeFood. The questionnaire used a Likert scale (1–5) to measure user perceptions based on four criteria: service quality, promotions, features, and cost. The WP method was used to calculate the preference values for each alternative by weighting and multiplying the criteria scores. The results show that GrabFood achieved the highest preference value (0.38), followed by ShopeeFood (0.36) and GoFood (0.27). These findings indicate that the WP method is effective in producing objective recommendations for selecting the best food delivery application based on multi-criteria assessments.
